Helped in any way technical for this social service agency. Mostly Windows servers with both PCs and Macs.
Help Desk: Ran the call center for computer issues, tracked information, and responded in a timely manner. Set up new computers as necessary. Helped implement VOIP phone system.
Video: Recorded and produced all training sessions for the social workers; created promotional video for the Annual Benefit that raised over $50,000 for the agency.
Web: Helped with company website when needed, and played a part in creating an Intranet with integration to online social networking websites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Responsible for computer set-ups, software training, various IT projects, data entry, and producing marketing materials. Ran a UNIX server and updated/repaired when necessary

Software: The person responsible for answering questions and helping with the Company software and MS Office among others.

Hardware: When new PCs needed setting up, I would do it. When new parts needed to be ordered, I would do it. I would install them and keep inventory on current set-ups.

Web/Marketing: I created a website for their use following their logo and color scheme. I formatted and printed their product catalog with relevant advertising. I also created marketing piece for local organic produce newspaper.
